Daniel L. Tedrick
Daniel L. Tedrick, a graduate of Wake Forest School of Law (2000) and Davidson College (1997), began practicing law in Charlotte following his admission to the North Carolina State Bar nineteen years ago. Following six years of practice with two of the world’s largest and most respected law firms, Mr. Tedrick transitioned to solo practice by forming Daniel L. Tedrick Esq. in 2006 to focus on the two facets of legal representation that he most enjoyed in his early career; (1) the zealous and individualized advocacy that can only come from direct, personal contact with each and every client, and (2) finding innovative ways to fairly resolve disputes with clarity and finality. Today, Mr. Tedrick represents small to mid-size companies and individuals in a range of business related practice areas, often serving as “outside general counsel” for firms that chose not to employ a full time salaried attorney. A large portion of Mr. Tedrick’s work is devoted to alternative dispute resolution, serving as a Mediator for cases filed in North Carolina Superior Courts throughout the state and as a FINRA Arbitrator for securities disputes throughout the United Sates.
Outside of the office, Dan enjoys spending time outdoors with his wife, Ivy, and their two sons, Davis and Henry. He volunteers his time with the Boy Scouts of America serving as Cubmaster for Pack 17 and also enjoys the occasional round of golf.
