Certified FINRA Arbitrator: active panel arbitrator for a variety of securities related disputes.

Mediation and Arbitration practice focuses on general commercial litigation with emphasis on contract and business tort disputes as well as securities litigation matters.

Education

Daniel Tedrick earned his Bachelor of Arts in History from Davidson College in 1997. During his undergrad, Mr. Tedrick was actively involved on the varsity golf team where he lettered all four years and was named Academic All Conference. 

Mr. Tedrick received his law degree from Wake Forest School of Law in 2000, graduating in the top fifteen percent of his class and was a member of the Wake Forest Law Review.

Mr. Tedrick is the founder, Chief Executive, and General Counsel for the Endeavor Companies. Starting in 2007, Mr. Tedrick built these highly specialized enterprises from "the ground up" leveraging his legal background with intimate knowledge of the Charlotte real estate market. To date, the Endeavor Companies have successfully negotiated over $100 million in distressed debt transactions with nearly every national and regional lending institution. Despite the rapid growth of the Endeavor Companies, Mr. Tedrick remains the primary point person on all transactions and directly oversees all corporate activities.
